We're a small but mighty team, hyper-focused on solving real problems for lawn care, landscaping, artificial turf, snow & ice, pest & mosquito and other operators running field service businesses every day.
Why LaunchPad OS
We're not racing toward an exit. We're building software that genuinely improves how outdoor service businesses operate, and we hire people who care about that.
Work on software used daily by real field service teams, not internal tools or slide decks. You see the impact in weeks, not quarters.
Small team, no bureaucracy. Drive projects end to end — from idea to production — with the autonomy to make real calls without committee sign-off.
We ship weekly. Short cycles, tight feedback loops, and a culture that values getting things done over scheduling another planning meeting.
Flexible schedules, remote-friendly culture, no sprint-and-burn. Built to do great work long term, not just for the next sprint deadline.
Field service operations are genuinely complex. You'll build tools that change how businesses run — outdoors, in the field, every single day.
Async-friendly workflows, clear documentation standards, and a culture that doesn't require you in one place to contribute meaningfully.
Life at LaunchPad
We keep the team small and compensation meaningful. No hidden trade-offs: What's listed is what you get from day one.

Tell us what you do, what you're looking for, and where you excel. Someone from our team reads these and will follow up if there's a fit.

Know Someone Who Should Use LaunchPad OS?
If you run — or know someone who runs — a field service business, LaunchPad OS might be exactly what they're looking for. Tell us a little about the business and we'll build a live demo session around its specific workflow and the problems that need solving. Not a recorded walkthrough or a two-hour call following 5+ conversations — 30 minutes, that's it.
